Clearing the muck to find the diamond beneath

We have been created in the very beginning to shine, to be a light for all around us. Unfortunately, by the time we are adults, this shine loses it's identity as people (us included) knowingly or unknowingly scoop muck (negative thoughts, experiences and beliefs) upon the beautifully created Self until we can't see the light anymore. I am a work in progress and in clearing the mucks in my life and sharing the experiences (also means being honest, vulnerable and authentic) I hope this will help you find your shine too.
