Walk & Talk Therapy allows you to engage in counseling while moving outdoors, combining the benefits of fresh air, gentle movement, and meaningful conversation. This approach can help ease stress, improve emotional flow, and create space for deeper reflection.

For those seeking therapy beyond borders, I am also available for overseas psychotherapy work. Whether for individual sessions, intensive therapeutic retreats, or specialized support, travel arrangements and fees can be discussed and tailored to your needs.

Important to note:
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer the time to others who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
