It is now August and we have completed 3/4 of the year in chaos, as much as we are able to control it. When we are stuck at home, and realize the positive impact of human connection in our lives, we know that we exist well because we have each other. Sure, some of us like to live in solitude, and be left alone, and yet sometimes a small act of kindness seen or received, somehow brings a smile and warmth to the heart. Let's make this August a good start to create a more loving, kind and compassionate world. Goodness knows we need more of that now. Perhaps, this is how healing may actually begin.
