Simple Mindfulness Meditation

Make time each day to meditate. You may want to find some place comfortable, a sacred place where you can always go to each time you need some peace and quiet, to just be. You may even meditate wherever you are, in a crowded cafe, a noisy bus, or while you're waiting for someone. Just as long as you are sitting somewhere comfortable and safe; you may opt to close your eyes or let it rest softly on the floor, and focus on your breathing. You may want to use the mantra above which I found useful to hep me focus on the breathing as well as to tell my mind to come home and be one with me, to be present.

After a few practices it wouldn't matter if you are in a noisy place because inner peace is present.
